Overview
CYE is looking for a Channel Manager who will be responsible for our Partners Program. In this role, you will be an active member of our Marketing and Sales team, with a focus on identifying, recruiting and developing new partners while improving productivity from our existing partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue through effective relationships to support the company growth
- Build effective partnerships with strategic groups and individual contributors, and bring in new customers from around the world
- Work with the Internal Sales team and the Product Department to build unique offers.
- Develop executive relationships with key alliance firms and resell partners
- Provide each partner guidance and training, supply their marketing needs, produce special tools and manage effective sales execution and strategic account management in conjunction with the direct sales team
- Work closely with the Marketing and Internal Sales Support teams
- This position may require global travel
Qualifications
- Proven track record of effective management and development of channel partners
- Proven sales track record of identifying and closing business
- Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations
- Hands-on database and CRM experience
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to learn and research using multiple sources
- Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
- Great team player and great interfacing capabilities
- Passionate and positive
