Channel Manager

Overview

CYE is looking for a Channel Manager who will be responsible for our Partners Program. In this role, you will be an active member of our Marketing and Sales team, with a focus on identifying, recruiting and developing new partners while improving productivity from our existing partners.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue through effective relationships to support the company growth
  • Build effective partnerships with strategic groups and individual contributors, and bring in new customers from around the world
  • Work with the Internal Sales team and the Product Department to build unique offers.
  • Develop executive relationships with key alliance firms and resell partners
  • Provide each partner guidance and training, supply their marketing needs, produce special tools and manage effective sales execution and strategic account management in conjunction with the direct sales team
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Internal Sales Support teams
  • This position may require global travel

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of effective management and development of channel partners
  • Proven sales track record of identifying and closing business
  • Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations
  • Hands-on database and CRM experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to learn and research using multiple sources
  • Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
  • Great team player and great interfacing capabilities
