IT Help Desk Specialist

Overview

CYE is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist who will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support to internal employees and teams – including endpoint management, user management, cloud infrastructure/services, and helpdesk. 

Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot on end-user’s computer software and hardware issues
  • Assist with users account management
  • Support employees on usage of different company’s equipment and applications
  • Manage and maintain IT assets inventory

Qualifications

  • At least year of work experience as a Help Desk Technician
  • Understanding of IT backend environment (GPO, Active directory, O365, G-Suite)
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Windows and MacOS environments
  • Basic knowledge in networking infrastructure components and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • Well organized with excellent communication skills 
  • A self-starter and a fast learner with a ton of curiosity and the ability to work independently and within a team
