Sales Director (USA)

CYE is Looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our sales team. This position will be a key player in our sales organization, taking full ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate will be a strong sales leader, capable of making decisions while keeping up with a fast-paced environment while supporting our Inside Sales Team.


  • Daily engagement with customers remotely and on site to present CYE products and services
  • Lead the needs analysis & scoping process alongside the customer to identify needs and map them towards CYE offerings
  • Support lead generation activities including cold-calls, and support lead follow-up and initiation of meetings with key decision makers to present the CYE offering
  • Drive both internal and external contacts to close sales cycles
  • Achieve sales targets by following sales methodologies and regular reporting
  • Influence the local sales strategy by giving constructive input as part of the team
  • Participation at trade shows and industry events, representing CYE
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner ecosystem
  • Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, results focused


  • 5+ years of experience in the cyber domain in different segments of the market
  • 5+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions to mid-size and large organizations
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to CISO, with technical and deep cyber domain knowledge
  • Knowledge of complex sales cycles, understanding key customer influencers and decision makers
  • Realistic forecasting skills
  • Has worked in a Start-up environment and/or has a Start-up mentality
  • Knowledge of SFDC or equal CRM systems
  • Strong oral and presentations skills
  • High level writing skill – with the ability to prepare marketing materials and customer proposals
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential
