Technical Account Manager

Overview

CYE is looking for a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our customers, build and nurture relationships with customers and support them in the improvement process of their cybersecurity maturity. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support for customers in the cybersecurity maturity improvement process
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Acting as the main point of contact and the customer’s trusted advisor
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, from kick-off to execution 
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive on time and with the best quality
  • Manage customer expectations and customer satisfaction  
  • Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities 
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth

Qualifications

  • At least years of experience working in different cybersecurity domains (application security, IT security, network security, risk management)
  • A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience (project manager, account manager, customer success, etc.) 
  • Fast learner, able to work independently and in a team 
  • A well organized, detailed oriented and analytical thinker
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Hebrew and English; more languages – an advantage
  • Relevant Academic degree – an advantage
