Overview

CYE is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to act as a technical focal point for our customers, partners and internal teamsThis position will provide Tier-1 support for CYE’s products, in order to support our customers and partners around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and action on any reported customer issues and see problems through to their resolutions
  • Manage and handle customer technical support cases by phone, email, or CRM
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on CYE products
  • Collaborate with Product, DevOps and R&D teams to investigate and solve technical product issues
  • Maintain and constantly improve internal knowledge base and workflows
  • Build and provide customer trainings

Qualifications

  • +4 years of customer support experience
  • Security knowledge preferred
  • Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer orientation & experience with direct facetoface services
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in an organized and timely manner
  • Proven track record in building support processes
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, self-learner
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology field
  • English – High level written and verbal skills
