What is cybersecurity maturity and how do you measure it?
There are multiple approaches on the market to calculating cybersecurity maturity levels, including CMMI and CMMC. CYE takes a different approach to measuring maturity levels.
We separate different security domains and evaluate them individually. We measure each security domain against other organizations in the same industry, based on metrics such as industry standards, geolocation, and company size. We infuse these findings with additional information from our expansive client base and our ties to ethical hackers around the world, who offer more perspectives and data points about the latest threats and trending security practices. We then combine these findings to arrive at a quantitative number indicating maturity level.
